As everyone knows, whitewater kayaking is a very dangerous sport. It takes us to some far away, beautiful destinations, many times with no one around to help should an emergency arise. Would you be able to help if one of your buddies was hurt on the river? Well, there's no time like the present to learn the skills that could potentially save a life!!! I am now offering CPR/First Aid classes that will teach you how to provide emergency care until specialized help arrives.

Some Facts:
Did you know that over 300,000 Americans die every year because of sudden cardiac arrest? However, death from sudden cardiac arrest is not inevitable. If more people knew CPR, more lives could be saved. Effective CPR, provided immediately after cardiac arrest, can double a victim’s chance of survival.

I am an AHA Certified BLS Instructor offering classes to all private, civic, and corporate groups. My classes include in-depth instruction of the latest universally accepted CPR techniques and life saving methods.
